Great Banquet Prison Ministry

“I was in prison and you came to visit me … I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.”
Matthew 25:36, 40

The Bloomington-Normal Great Banquet hosts weekends at  Logan (Women’s) and Lincoln (Men’s) Correctional Facilities in Lincoln, Illinois.  The Men’s teams typically host a three day weekend in the Spring, and the Women’s Teams host a modified 2 day weekend in the Fall.  Serving on a Prison Team is a rewarding experience that does require special clearance by the State of Illinois.  Many members of our community have found a calling in Prison Ministry and have sought and been granted permanent clearance to provide additional support guest of the community that are incarcerated.

General Conference Room Agape Letters:

Share with guests that you have been lifting them in prayer to grow close to Jesus!

Sponsor/Agape Letters

We all know how special the agape letters are.  Help us provide letters for our Lincoln brothers.  Because incarcerated guests are unable to receive letters for this occasion from friends and family, we count on community support to provide general letters to be distributed at the tables at the end of the weekend.
